Empowering Families, Strengthening Communities

Our Unity in the Community events are all about bringing families and friends closer together, strengthening the bond of our community.

We provide trauma-informed care and mental health services for all. In addition to counseling, we also provide yoga classes and support groups focusing on whole-person wellness.

With various youth programs available, we provide fun and educational activities for youths of all ages wherever they're needed.

Our experienced case managers work closely with clients to assess their needs, develop personalized plans, and connect them with resources in the community.

We've hosted field trips to the circus, museums, and more, making sure families have lots of opportunities to make unforgettable memories together.

Our FFC team includes multiple Community Health Workers ready to help the community better access health information and resources.

Our Seniors on the Move program provides the different services that seniors in our community may need. 

Every winter, we're excited to assist the U.S. Marine Corps in getting gifts to thousands of families in the Lake County community.
